An inmate can file an administrative appeal to complain about an action taken by any employee of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) or any CDCR policy or procedure that affects the prisoner.  Refer to California Code of Regulations, Title 15, Chapter 2 Subchapter 2, Article 5 for further guidance with the Health Care process.
